Rooms and rates
All apartments blend contemporary Lanna style furniture with modern comforts in a pleasing combination. Large windows contribute to a bright, fresh ambience, teak parquet floors lend a cooling touch, and high quality rugs help to create a cosy "home-from-home" ambience. Standard facilities include satellite television, stereo/DVD/CD and cassette players.
Bathrooms, decorated with attractive locally produced tiles, have separate shower and toilet sections; bedrooms are equipped with Nordic style bed linen, and feature a convenient working desk area. A fully equipped kitchenette facilitates the preparation of meals and snacks.
1-Bedroom apartment (60 m2)
The 60 square metre apartments have one bedroom with a desk alcove, long dining/living room, an open kitchenette and a dining table which seats four. One of the three boasts an elongated balcony with a lovely view of the holy mountain of Doi Suthep. All have plenty of natural light.

2-Bedroom apartments (90 m2)
The 90 square metre apartments offer a master double bedroom, single bedroom, a spacious dining/living room, an open kitchenette, and a six-seat dining table. There are large windows on two sides of the living area, and the spacious master bathroom has a bathtub and shower. The single room has a small bathroom with shower.

The 100 square metre apartments provide a master double bedroom, single bedroom, a spacious dining/living room, an open kitchenette, and six-seat dining table. There are large windows on two sides of the living area and the spacious master bathroom has a bathtub and shower. The single room has a small bathroom with shower.
Two of these apartments have a "Sala-Balcony" outdoor living area. They provide an additional and an ideal area for relaxation, entertaining friends, and overlook the golden pagoda of the ancient temple directly opposite. In the tropical climate, they form a lovely outdoor extension of your apartment.

- Kitchenettes with a two-plate hob, microwave oven, toaster, good size refrigerator, and a full inventory of crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, plus other accessories for convenient self-catering.

- Bedrooms equipped with Nordic style bed linen, and features
- Personal safes
Terms:
- The maximum contract period is 6 months
- Fixed price, no commission
- All apartments are non-smoking
- No pets are allowed
- Reservations are only valid after deposit has been paid
- Refundable security deposit required for long stay
Minimum length of stay: we prefer guests to stay a minimum of three nights, although shorter stays can be considered on a case-by-case basis. Priority is always given to stays of one month or longer.
