Facilities & Service

Completed in 2006, our structure is an appealing and environmentally friendly four-storey low rise building in contemporary Lanna style, with gable roofs protecting the windows from direct sun. The fresh white exterior walls are enhanced by dark timber panelling. The main focus is a distinctive entrance structure featuring multi level 'salas' or detached private balconies, each linked by with a small connecting walkway. A small carefully-tended garden encloses parking spaces for a maximum of six cars.

The Ground floor:

The small lobby area is equipped with comfortable sofas and easy chairs for guests or get-togethers. There is also a refreshment bar serving coffee, tea and soft drinks.

The Upper floors:

A wheelchair-friendly elevator and staircase provide access to the three floors above the lobby. There are three apartments on each floor, totalling nine in all. Each one features a different attractively decorated entrance door.

Mobility impaired help:

Apartments and bathrooms on the first floor have been designed to cater for guests in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility.

Apartment sizes

Two sizes are available – one-bedroom apartments of 60 square metres (approx 646 square feet) and larger, two-bedroom apartments varying from 90-100 square metres in size (969-1076 square feet). Every apartment is tastefully furnished and decorated in a pleasing Lanna style, with many individual and distinctive items of furniture.

Standard features

All apartments blend contemporary Lanna style furniture with modern comforts in a pleasing combination. Large windows contribute to a bright, fresh ambience, teak parquet floors lend a cooling touch, and high quality rugs help to create a cosy ‘home-from-home atmosphere.

We are able to provide the following useful services on request:

  • Guest laundry, pressing and dry cleaning
  • Limousine and meter taxi service on call
  • Sightseeing, tours and travel arrangements
  • Car rental with driver or self-drive

Standard services:

Apartments are cleaned and dusted 6 days a week (Mon-Sat) including bathrooms and kitchen areas. Indoor plants are watered and replaced on a regular basis. Towels and bed linen are replaced twice a week for long-stays; for short-stay guests, every second day.

Careful maintenance and utility checks are carried out on a regular basis to ensure proper functioning and operating efficiency of all facilities and equipment. Effective pest control measures are permanently in place to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. To ensure security, access to the upper floors is controlled by a key card control system.

Personalised services:

A laundry service is available through the room staff at a reasonable cost, with items normally returned the following day. There is also a convenient "shopping-for-you" service for standard food and household items, whereby simple purchases are made to order, and delivered to you the same day if possible (details on request).

Meet and greet service:

We can arrange to meet you the airport or railway station with private transportation at a nominal fee. Details on request.
